A new ‘open’ policy by my co. Yes its silly but the reason given – to make sure we are productive.
I have to admit I am very productive and efficient already even if I’m surfing net and playing Café World hahahaha Efficient until my whole dept kena say that we are too free!
Just because we don’t stay back after 6pm like others we are being listed as FREE! Nothing to do! Aren’t they contradicting? Haiz its hard to please people so I never bother to please any of them AND I’m not born to please people =X If we have finished our work then what for we stayed back? It’s so boring staying in office from 9am to 6pm. Then 6pm liao still cannot go off!
But anyway I don’t want bother anymore la. Someone said in the co, one just have to do things within your job scope and not more cause no one will appreciate. Which I fully agrees by now cause I’m stabbed and bleeding profusely now. What can I say? All I can say is 我自找的. Pathetic isit? Hah.
One fun news yesterday! We will be having a gift exchange this Christmas in office. So fun! Not exactly those normal gift exchange. Each of us will write down one item that is within the budget set and hang it on our Christmas tree then later we will randomly take one and we will have to buy the gift that the person listed. Haha Fun right! Ok to me its fun hahaha
